The next schedule of training will be 1Heart Business Academy Sales Training Program which aims to prepare Client Care Managers with the knowledge, technical skills and effective work habits to pursue a sales and account management position in a senior care service field. Succeeding training sessions will tackle review and enhancement of business process, concepts and system that are needed to stay strong in the 3 business units’ respective field and industry in the coming decade.
